Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using toolsera.dev you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Toolsera may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the tools

Toolsera provides free online utilities for personal and professional use. You may use the tools for any lawful purpose. You may not use Toolsera to process, store, or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to run automated scrapers or abuse the service infrastructure, or in any way that violates applicable law.

Tool output disclaimer

All tool outputs are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Toolsera makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Review generated schemas, TypeScript interfaces, hashes, compressed files, and formatted data before use in production, legal, financial, or security-sensitive contexts.

Financial calculators

The EMI, SIP, and GST calculators provide estimates based on the inputs and formulas displayed in each tool. These estimates are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

Intellectual property

The Toolsera name, logo, website design, tool implementations, copy, and code are the intellectual property of Toolsera and its contributors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit written permission. Tool outputs you generate from your own inputs belong to you.

No warranties

Toolsera is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Toolsera does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toolsera and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Toolsera's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero for the free tier).

Third-party services

Toolsera uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Netlify. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Toolsera is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

Availability

Toolsera aims to keep the service available and functional but does not guarantee uptime. Tools may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. Toolsera will endeavour to keep existing workflows functional when making changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes relating to these terms or your use of Toolsera shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with applicable authority. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
