Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Toolsera, what you are responsible for, and the limits of the service.

Effective
01

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Toolsera, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Toolsera on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

02

What Toolsera provides

Toolsera provides browser-based utilities for JSON, Tailwind CSS, PDFs, images, text, and financial calculations. Tools may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the service develops. Toolsera does not guarantee that every feature will always be available or work with every file, browser, input, or device.

03

Acceptable use

You may use the tools for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not use Toolsera to violate applicable law or another person's rights; process content you are not authorized to use; distribute malware; probe or disrupt the service; bypass access or security controls; generate artificial advertising activity; or operate automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on the service.

04

Your inputs and tool outputs

You are responsible for the text, files, values, and other material you provide, including having the rights and permissions required to use it. Toolsera does not claim ownership of your inputs or of rights you already hold in resulting output. Tool output can be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular use, so review it before relying on it in production, legal, financial, tax, compliance, or security-sensitive work.

05

Financial calculator estimates

EMI, SIP, and GST calculators provide informational estimates based on the values and formulas shown in each tool. Results are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice and may not reflect fees, regulations, provider terms, or your individual circumstances. Verify important decisions with an appropriately qualified professional.

06

Toolsera intellectual property

Toolsera's name, logo, original site content, interface, and service implementation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer Toolsera's intellectual-property rights to you. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

07

Third-party services and advertising

Toolsera may use third-party hosting, analytics, and advertising services, including Netlify and Google services. Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Advertisements are presented separately from Toolsera controls and content. You must not create or encourage invalid ad impressions or clicks. See the Privacy Policy for information about data, storage, advertising, and privacy choices.

08

Service provided as available

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toolsera is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toolsera and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10

Changes and termination

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights, or when these terms are violated.

11

General terms

Applicable law governs these terms and disputes relating to the service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of Toolsera.
